Your First Visit:

Office Visit
When you arrive at our office, a member of our team will greet you and your pet with a warm smile. During your first visit, you will be asked to fill out the required forms that will provide us with some background information about your pet’s past or current medical conditions.

Our Veterinary Assistants will ask you some specific questions about your pet’s history and to discuss possible beneficial veterinary medical care. Finally, our veterinarian will perform a thorough physical examination and make any specific recommendations for you and your beloved family member. We might talk to you about specialists that can address difficult medical issues. We believe in diagnosing a problem before beginning treatment, and we won’t initiate treatment without your consent.

We guarantee we will see your pet the same day if it is ill by appointment, walk-in, or convenient drop-off.
